I am an Assistant Professor of Government and International Affairs at Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. I received my PhD in Political Science, specializing in American politics, from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in June 2023. Before entering graduate school, I worked as an AmeriCorps VISTA member stationed at Enka Middle School. I view myself as a teacher-scholar whose primary concern is supporting my students and preparing them for success after college.
